Cancellations

Live online classes must be attended at the times provided in the enrolment specifications. Failure to log in or attend at the specified time does not entitle you to access further classes or content instead. Refunds, exchanges or transfers are not available for class bookings.

Liability waiver

This represents a legal agreement. The online classes are for those without injury or illness. If you have specific health issues or injury the classes may not be suitable for you. If you do join in, you are doing so at your own risk. Classes are not recommended for those: with severe depression, severe trauma or severe mental health conditions; who experience seizures; are pregnant.

I hereby agree that it is my responsibility to consult a doctor prior to and regarding my participation in An Hour’s Peace online classes offered by Sara Holt, and recognise that they may involve some physical movement including lying and sitting on the floor. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

It is my responsibility to opt out from practices at any point, which I deem unfit or unsuitable during the classes. Therefore, in consideration of being permitted to participate in the classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating.

I, my heirs or legal representatives knowingly and voluntarily forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Sara Holt for any injury (physical or emotional) or death that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes, caused by negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. By continuing my participation, I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

We may email you with messages about your booking. It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages once you’ve made the booking. This information is shared with Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling, so they can send these emails to you on behalf of An Hour’s Peace.
