Sara’s known for her laid-back classes and down-to-earth approach.

She’s trained in various relaxation therapies to create An Hour’s Peace.

Her go-to is yoga nidra – a lying-down, guided relaxation that’s like a soothing balm for a busy, tired brain!

She’s a Smart Foundations Relaxation Instructor and a qualified massage therapist.

Originally from Northumberland, Sara’s spent the past 20+ years in Manchester, where she lives with her husband and two sons.

She loves swimming, holidays, houseplants and Tony’s Chocolonely.
